Dracoti’s Dungeon (www.dracoti.co.za) is owned and operated by Dracoti’s Dungeon (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2013/079485/07 (referred to as “Dracoti” in these Terms & Conditions).
Visitors to the website (“Users” or “you”), including those who purchase products (“Purchasers”), are bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”).
If you do not agree to these T&C, you must not continue using the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of these T&C without modification.

1. Payment and Order Policy
Dracoti uses PayFast for online transactions. A minimum order value of R150 applies for PayFast payments.
Accepted payment methods:
- Credit Card (via PayFast)
- Direct Bank Transfer (EFT)
You will be redirected to PayFast during checkout to complete payment.
For EFT payments, Dracoti reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received within 1 hour (applicable to PayFast orders). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payment is made timeously and clears within this period.
Important Notes:
- PayFast orders must be R150 or more.
- Any order unpaid after 14 days will be cancelled without notice unless prior arrangements have been made.

2. Agreement of Sale
2.1 Shopping Cart
Placing a product in a shopping cart without completing checkout does not:
- constitute an agreement of sale; nor
- constitute an order.
Dracoti reserves the right to remove items from shopping carts if stock becomes unavailable. Dracoti cannot be held liable if an item is unavailable at checkout.
2.2 Formation of Agreement
An agreement of sale is concluded only when:
- a properly completed order is electronically submitted; and
- payment is authorised or received into Dracoti’s bank account.
Dracoti reserves the right to review pricing as outlined under Errors.
Minimum order amount: R25 per order.
3. Value Added Tax (VAT)
Dracoti is VAT registered. All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
4. Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability. Dracoti makes every reasonable effort to discontinue offers when stock is depleted.
If Dracoti is unable to fulfil an order due to stock unavailability, you will be notified and may choose either:
- a full refund; or
- a coupon equal to the value paid, redeemable on a future order.
5. Errors
Dracoti takes all reasonable care to ensure pricing and delivery charges are accurate.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or delivery charge, Dracoti is not obliged to honour the incorrect price. Any amount paid may be refunded if you choose not to proceed at the corrected price.
Dracoti will contact the customer to resolve such issues where possible.
6. Product Release Dates
Products will not be delivered before official release dates. Pre-orders will only be shipped on or after the official release date.
If pre-order items and in-stock items are placed on the same order, shipment will occur once all items are available. To receive items separately, please place separate orders and pay separate shipping fees.
7. Shipping
7.1 Delivery
- Delivery costs for single cards are shown at checkout.
- Door-to-door courier dispatch takes place on Tuesdays.
- Shipping options and costs are area-specific (based on postal code).
- Collection addresses are available under the General Shipping menu.
- Insurance is available on request and will be quoted separately.
- All prices include VAT.
7.2 Insurance
Please refer to the Returns Policy regarding insurance requirements.
8. Delivery Periods
- Delivery periods commence only once payment has been confirmed.
- Additional verification checks may delay processing for first-time or high-value transactions.
- Delivery periods are calculated in business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Door-to-door courier deliveries dispatched on Tuesdays are typically delivered on Fridays.
- Large or unusual orders may require additional processing time.
- DragonTown collections: Orders are ready after 14:00 on the second business day following order placement.
9. Returns Policy
Only products defective due to manufacturing faults may be returned. Returns are subject to distributor approval.
No returns accepted for:
- single cards;
- opened products or boxes;
- clothing items.
9.1 Damaged Deliveries
Damaged parcels must be reported immediately to the courier and not accepted. Acceptance of delivery constitutes confirmation that goods were received undamaged.
9.2 Single Card Condition
Single cards are graded Near Mint (NM) where possible. Older editions may vary. Any concerns must be raised with Customer Relations.
9.3 Insurance
Insurance may be requested and quoted separately.
9.4 Cancellations or Changes
A R50 cancellation/change fee applies per instance.
9.5 Refunds
Refunds are generally not offered. In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, a R50 refund fee applies.
10. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Dracoti will never sell or share your information with third parties. Personal data is used solely for order processing and communication. Opt-out requests will be honoured.

12. Disclaimer
Dracoti shall only be liable as required under:
- the Consumer Protection Act (CPA); and
- Sections 43(5) and 43(6) of the ECT Act.
The website and services are provided “as is”. Dracoti does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Governing Law
These T&C are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
14. Security
Unauthorised access or attempts to compromise website security will result in prosecution and civil claims.
Login credentials are for personal use only and must not be shared. Dracoti complies with the POPI Act 4 of 2013.
15. Changes to These Terms
Dracoti reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
16. Disputes
Unresolved disputes shall be referred to confidential arbitration under the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa expedited rules.
17. Duration
These T&C remain effective from publication date and continue indefinitely while the website operates.
