IMPORTANT INFORMATION


  1. Shipping takes place on Tuesdays.
    The cut-off time for orders is 11:00, and payment must be completed and verified in the bank with proof of payment (POP) emailed to Dragontown’s office before this time.

    Please call or WhatsApp during business hours. While we aim to respond as quickly as possible, response times may be slightly delayed during busy in-store periods.
  3. DragonTown Collections:
    Orders will be ready for collection after 14:00 on the second business day following order placement. Business days are Monday to Friday.
  4. In-Store Payments:
    Payment may be made in store via cash or card.
  5. Minimum Order Values:
    • Minimum order amount: R25
    • Minimum PayFast order on dracoti.co.za: R150
  6. Single Card Accuracy:
    We strive to load single cards as accurately as possible; however, errors may occasionally occur. Should there be any shortages, errors, or pricing issues, you will be contacted to resolve the matter.
  7. Picking Errors:
    If a picking error occurs, we will send the correct card with your next order or ship it to a free-shipping venue during our next scheduled shipment (usually the following Tuesday).
  8. Courier Notifications:
    We use Fastway Couriers for door-to-door deliveries. An automated tracking email is sent to the registered email address. Please check your SPAM or JUNK folder if you do not receive it.
  9. Unpaid Orders:
    Orders not paid within 14 days of placement will be cancelled without notification.
  10. Card Conditions:
    Cards are graded as NM (Near Mint) or VG (Very Good) unless otherwise stated:
    • SP – Slightly Played
    • P – Played
    • MP – Much Played
  11. Foreign Language Cards:
    If “FL” appears after a card name, it indicates Foreign Language, not Foil. Foil cards will always be clearly marked as FOIL.
